Evenings are calm — dinner is served in the communal dining room, and storytelling or music fills the later hours. The schedule can be adapted for residents who prefer a quieter routine.

Phoenix Rest is a residential home focused on daily comfort and companionship rather than medical services. Our staff are trained companions — warm, attentive, and experienced in elder care. For residents with medical needs, we recommend liaising with local healthcare providers and can assist families in making suitable arrangements.

Family visits are warmly welcomed during designated visiting hours. We believe that keeping close family ties is important to a resident's sense of wellbeing. Our team can discuss the schedule during your initial visit and accommodate specific preferences where possible.

Meals are prepared with seasonal local ingredients, reflecting Cantonese cooking traditions. Residents are served three meals each day in our shared dining area. Dietary preferences and sensitivities — such as low-sodium, soft foods, or vegetarian options — can be discussed with our kitchen team at the time of arrangement.

We usually begin with a short conversation — by phone or through our contact form — to understand your family's situation. From there, we can arrange a visit to the home. There is no pressure or commitment involved at this stage. We aim to make the process simple and considerate, at whatever pace suits you best.

The monthly fee of HK$13,900 covers accommodation in a furnished room, three meals a day, all group activities, housekeeping, laundry services, and the ongoing presence of trained companions. We aim for pricing to be clear and straightforward, with no unexpected additions for standard services.
